Sushi-making for groups

We have run our fun and informal hands-on sushi-making workshops for various groups, societies and schools across Oxfordshire.

We come to your venue with all the food prepared and ready to go - all you need to do is provide a space for everyone to sit or stand around a table or work surface to make the food.  During this one hour workshop we will make 3 different types of sushi which include cucumber baby rolls, an inside out roll (with a choice of fillings) and inari tofu pouches stuffed with sushi rice, roasted sesame and cress.  The class is suitable for vegetarians and we can accommodate food allergies and special dietary requirements.

The workshop will run for approximately one hour and is suitable for a minimum of 12 participants.

"Sue came to our school to do a sushi making session with a group of our children. Prior to the session she checked to see if any of the partcipants had food allergies so she could cater appropriately for them. The session was very well organised and lots of fun. The children were active throughout and thoroughly enjoyed the session and thanks to some great demonstrations and top tips they were able to make some really well presented delicious food. We would certainly use Sue again and are looking forward to more delicious sushi"
